Salvation is an education and support program operated by Golf Partners Inc. Salvation does not provide medical care, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and does not prescribe, sell, or administer any medical treatment.

Independent medical partner

Medical services connected to the Salvation program, including any evaluation or prescription, are provided independently by a licensed physician, Dr. Harper. Dr. Harper makes all clinical decisions on his own professional judgment. Salvation does not direct or influence those decisions. Using this website or contacting Salvation does not create a doctor-patient relationship. A doctor-patient relationship may exist only between you and the physician, and only after the physician agrees to it.

Availability

Medical services are currently available only to residents of Georgia and South Carolina. If you live elsewhere, we may add you to a waitlist. Joining a waitlist does not mean that services will become available to you.

No guarantees

Everyone is different. Salvation does not promise any specific result. Outcomes depend on many factors, including age, health history, lifestyle and the decisions you and your physician make together.
